Traditional microwaves ask you to guess a time, then check, stir, reheat, and hope. Goldilocks gives the microwave eyes, so it can heat to the temperature you asked for instead of counting down blindly.

A microwave that can see heat.

Goldilocks combines a high-resolution thermal camera, a touchscreen computer, and cooking software that tracks the right part of your food for each mode. It is powerful underneath, but simple at the counter.

Thermal feedback turns the microwave into a more versatile kitchen tool: one that can reheat gently, defrost rapidly without cooking the edges, and hit temperatures that used to require guesswork.

Defrost without cooking the edges. Use thermal feedback to go as fast as possible while watching for overheating.
Melt precisely. Butter, chocolate, and delicate ingredients are easier when the microwave can see temperature directly.
